Editorial policy

This is a translation. If the Bulgarian and English versions differ, the Bulgarian version applies.

Firm descriptions

We write the short descriptions in the profiles ourselves, neutrally, from the public information on the firm's website. We don't use words such as "best", "reliable" or "recommended".

Guides

• Every guide has an author, sources and the date of its last change.
• Medical guides are published only after review by a doctor; we show the doctor's name and the date of the review. A clinical change after approval sends the text back for a new review.
• A guide has one original address. We don't publish the same texts on several sites.

We use software, including language models, to find and structure public information. A model can never mark a fact as checked on its own: that happens only through an automatic comparison with the source or by a person.
