Rules for reviews and questions

This is a translation. If the Bulgarian and English versions differ, the Bulgarian version applies.

Under every profile people can leave a review, ask a question and answer. Answers can come from other users, the trqbvami team and the firm itself, if it has confirmed its profile.

How we publish

  1. Every message is published only after the author confirms their e-mail through a link.
  2. An automatic check looks for links, phone numbers and e-mails in the text, insults and writing in capitals only. Such messages are reviewed by a person before they are published.
  3. We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We don't edit the text, except to hide personal data.

What we check and what we don't

We check that the e-mail is real and that the message follows these rules. We don't check whether the author actually used the service. The author can say when they used it; that isn't checked either. The rating on trqbvami is the average of all reviews published here, without weighting.

Firms

  • A firm can claim its profile and then answer in its own name. Its answer is marked "Reply from the firm".
  • A firm can't leave a review of itself, pay to have reviews removed, hidden or reordered, or offer discounts in exchange for reviews.
  • A profile claim is approved automatically if the e-mail is on the domain of the firm's website or is the e-mail published in the profile. Otherwise we confirm it by calling the phone number in the profile.

We don't publish

  • insults, threats, discrimination and indecent content;
  • other people's personal data, including health information about third parties;
  • advertising, links and contact details;
  • reviews written by the firm, its staff or its competitors, and reviews in exchange for payment or a discount;
  • texts that aren't about the service.

Reports

Under every message there is a "Report" button. We look at every report. A message reported by three different people is hidden until it is reviewed. If you think a message breaks the law, say exactly what and why in the report.

Your data

Your e-mail is used only for the confirmation and to let you know if someone answers you. It isn't shown and isn't given to the firm. You can ask for a message of yours to be deleted at the corrections address. More in the privacy policy.
