How we calculate
For each service we take one price per place: the lowest published price for that service (a fixed price wins over a “from …” price). We add price lists of doctors and practices published online, and the prices visitors paid in the last 12 months. We show the median and the middle half of the prices, and leave out values below a quarter or above four times the median. A price is shown only with at least 5 values from at least 3 different places. Prices per m², per hour and per month are never mixed with prices for a whole service.
Doctors’ price lists only go into the overall estimate; we don’t show them one by one. Amounts in leva (BGN) are converted at the fixed rate of 1.95583.
